To derive maximum benefit, certain exercises are recommended:
With arms outstretched forward and hands open, lean against the wall at approximately 90-degree angle. Maintain the tension for 15 seconds. It is essential to take at least 15 seconds break after each exercise.

Clasp both wrists in front of chest and pull forwards. Maintain tension for 15 seconds.

Join both hands in front of chest. Push each hand against the other, Maintain tension for 15 seconds.

Repeat exercise no.3, but with hands clasped behind the back.

Push-ups: This simple exercise though slightly strenuous, is very useful for the small drooped breast. Push-ups lead to fullness and roundness of the breast tissue above the nipple.
